Sevilla, Spain

Sunday February 18...In the morning, I visited the Plaza de Toros and took the tour. It was pretty cool and once in my life, I would like to go to a bullfight. They basically start around Easter and go every day for about two weeks and then there are ones basically every week. I went to Cafe Alta-Mira for lunch and it was pretty good.

In the afternoon, I visited the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral of Sevilla. Real Alcazar is definitely a highlight of Sevilla, because of its Muslim architecture built in the 11th and 12th century. The Cathedral is one of the three biggest cathedrals in the world, along with St Peter's and St Paul's. It has a tower with an amazing view of Sevilla and it also contains the tomb of Christopher Columbus.

For dinner I went to Cafe Universal, again a tapas place, with pretty good tapas. I am a big fan of tapas - in Sevilla, they definitely lived up to my expectations.
